Stage 01
Initial conversation
Tell us about the property and what you have in mind. A phone call or email is enough to start.

Stage 02
Site visit
We look at the site in person: access, structure, neighbouring properties and how you actually live in the house.

Stage 03
A proper quote
You get a proper quotation, not a hopeful number. Scope, materials and programme are written down so everyone can see them.

Stage 04
Planning and approvals
Where planning, building control or structural calculations are needed, we work with the right drawings and specialists in the right order.

Stage 05
Programme and preparation
Programme, protection, trades and how the household will live around the work are agreed before anyone starts stripping out.

Stage 06
Construction
The build itself. Regular updates, tidy sites, and problems worked through together rather than left until the end.

Stage 07
Quality review and handover
Details are checked, snags are closed and the home is handed over in a state you can actually use.

Aftercare
Questions after handover are still welcome. If something needs putting right, we put it right.
